Women in Finance Leadership Summit

AIWMI’s inaugural Women in Finance Leadership Summit will bring together an impressive group of more than 300 women leaders from the Indian financial services sector for a day of high-level discussion and non-stop networking. This Summit will focus on the far-reaching and ongoing transformational process of the financial sector. This included the macroeconomic environment and regulatory frameworks that are changing quickly and profoundly in light of the changing gender balance dynamics. This Summit will promote effective corporate strategies for creating gender diversity at all levels of leadership. Its interactive format will offer attendees an opportunity to have a diverse and well-informed dialogue about the progression of women into senior roles in the financial services sector by focusing on the executive pipeline and the mid-tier level. Research shows that more diverse companies often perform better. Forward-looking businesses are working to increase career flexibility, address the leaking employee pipeline and tackle unconscious bias. As a result, change is coming to business leadership. AIWMI’s inaugural Women in Finance Summit aims to advance the debate and give new impetus to the movement, drawing on the day’s discussions to lay out ways for participants to change their organizations. Through practical examples, insight from business leaders and interactive dialogue we will address the hurdles companies face as they seek to develop their most talented leaders, regardless of gender.

The highly interactive Summit features informative sessions and candid conversations.

  • Keynote sessions and moderated panel discussions with prominent industry leaders
