Mr. Sandip Ghose is the Director of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), an educational initiative of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He provides strategic leadership to NISM’s seven School of Excellence engaged in Securities Education, Research, Certification of Market Intermediary, Corporate Governance, Investor Education and Financial Literacy. He also oversees the School of Regulatory and Supervisory studies which acts as a staff college for SEBI officers.

Prior to taking over as Director of NISM, Mr. Ghose was Head of Human Resources in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). A central banker by profession, Mr. Ghose was Chief of Staff and Advisor to three successive RBI Governors – Dr. C. Rangarajan, Dr. Bimal Jalan, and Dr. Y.V. Reddy – over a period of nine years, i.e. 1996-2004. He was also the Principal, Bankers’ Training College, Mumbai, between 2004-2007 where he was responsible for grooming and capacity building of the top management of the commercial banks in India. He has also served as Principal of College of Agricultural Banking, Pune and Regional Director of the RBI, Delhi.

His knowledge of job markets and work place effectiveness, coupled with his experience both within the country and abroad, provide a comprehensive perspective to institutions in formulating policies on training, performance and talent management.

During his career, Mr. Ghose has received several prestigious awards including an Honorary Doctoral Degree by the Sikkim University.

Dr. Shrikant Vadapalli has 15+ years of experience in the areas of Learning & Development, Capability Management, Strategic Human Resources, Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement. He has worked in varied domains like Manufacturing, BFSI/Finance and Accounting, IT/ITES, Telecomm & Hospitality Sales.

Dr. Pratima Sheorey is the Director of Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD
Pune, India. She did her PhD from Symbiosis International University and MBA in
Marketing from the University of Pune. She has more than 18 years of experience in the
academic and corporate sector. She has worked in companies like ORG-MARG (now
ACNielsen), the Hero Group and others in corporate sector and has been a faculty at
various Institutes of Symbiosis International University (SIU). Dr. Pratima has been an
invited speaker at many national and international fora through AACSB, various
corporate and non – governmental organizations. She has been a regular visiting faculty
at Telecom Ecole De Management, France for Marketing Management. She has

Vernon has been associated with the commercial business of Thomson Reuters in South Asia since Dec 2013. In his role as HR Business Partner to this organization he is responsible for extending complete HR coverage to go-to-market teams in the South Asia region.

During his stint, he had played a lead roles in the complete integration of the then acquired Omnesys business and the go-to-market transformation from a people perspective.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Vernon has worked across in the Financial Services industry for over a decade spanning Insurance, Investment and Wealth Management with market leading organisations like Aditya Birla Capital, JP Morgan, ASK Investment Holdings in diverse HR roles.

Kalyani Kamble is one of the senior most image consultants in Mumbai. She has trained over 500 Image Consultants and helped many women break through the shackles of Body Image.  Being a Master NLP Practitioner and a certified Life Coach, Kalyani embraces the Zen way of living. She has more than 8 years experience in corporate training and image consulting. Prof. Sunder Ram Korivi is the Dean of School for Securities Education(SSE) and School for Securities Information and Research (SSIR). Prof. Korivi is an MA (Economics and Political Science) and PhD from the University of Mumbai. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India and the Insurance Institute of India. Prof. Korivi was a full-time faculty member at SP Jain Institute of Management, and later, a Professor and Dean at NMIMS University. He has conducted policy-oriented research for the Central and State Governments. An adjunct faculty at IIM Kozhikode, he has also lectured at IIT Bombay, NIBM, NIA, NITIE, BSE and other institutes. He has guided two PhDs, and also refereed PhD studies of several universities all over India. He has prior work experience with Business India as a Corporate Researcher, Tata Industrial Finance Corporation as a Merchant Banker.

Reena Tyagi is Chief Human Resources Officer for Cigna TTK Health Insurance India Ltd. As a part of the Senior Leadership Team , she plays a key role in building and executing  Organization’s strategy and has also been a core member in launching the Organization’s services in India.

With Overall experience of more than 20 years, Reena has extensive experience in building and executing Talent Strategy, leading Organizational transformations, strategic workforce planning, driving large scale growth and Leadership Development.
