Rohit has a rich professional experience spread over 36 years working with Family run Businesses of which 28 years were in Senior Management roles working with the Promoters. The longest and last stint was with Hero Family for 24 years, 4 Years with Ranbaxy,and balance 8 years with Escorts. The roles have been very varied ranging from Shareholder/ Family realignments, Family office & Wealth Management, Managing Investment & Treasury, Fund Raising from SWF & P/E, M&A and JV with Global Companies, P&L responsibility, Developing and building executable strategy,and Mentoring. Rohit delivered wonderful outcomes to all his stakeholders and enjoyed this journey of 36 years (version 1.0).
Rohit has now started Version 2.0 of his life, as a 21 year old with 36 years of experience. He will leverage on his experience to continue to deliver great outcomes to all his stakeholders while staying within his Core Values. Delivering the desired outcomes require deep understanding, conviction, belief, hard work, imagination, humility, obsession to excel, and win win etc.
Rohit has set up Sarcha Advisors LLP, and plans to offer advisory services, as a Friend(Dost),to Family/s and Family Businesses, Investors, while continuing to play a role with Start Ups to stay current with the new technologies, emerging trends, and business models. Rohit has so far made 12 angel investments.

A Financial Services professional with deep expertise in Family Office and the Investment Advisory space, Nitai leads the Investment Strategy and the Chairman’s Family Office for Hero MotoCorp Ltd.
One of the first set of professionals to have worked on Family Offices in India, Nitai started his journey with developing and executing the concept of Family Office for probably the first commercial launch of such services in the country.
As part of the Family Office offering, Nitai has founded and managed an exclusive team of portfolio analytics specialists, set up teams, policies, and processes for a pioneering boutique Multi Family Office firm and subsequently for two large, diverse, and global Single Family Offices.
Nitai holds a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management. His interests and expertise lie in dealing with complex structural issues related to global wealth preservation and transmission and in implementing portfolio risk-reward optimization techniques.
