3rd annual “Women in Finance” Leadership Summit India 2020

AIWMI’s 3rd annual “Women in Finance” Leadership Summit India (WIF2020) will provide an opportunity for knowledge-sharing and to develop actions to further drive sustainable change in the Indian Financial Services. WIF2020 will celebrate the doers and doing, connect women professionals and empower the Indian financial services as a whole. Featuring keynote conversations, executive and gen-nex panel discussions and fireside chats, WIF2020 will bring together the voices and insights of a diverse range of female luminaries. This event will focus on Women Leaders leading the sector and redefining the rules of engagement. It will explore ways to realize the true and complete potential of the women talent pool.

AIWMI’s inaugural Women in Finance Leadership Summit India organized in November 2017 had brought together an impressive group of more than 100 women leaders from the Indian financial services sector for a day of high-level discussion and non-stop networking. The inaugural Summit focused on the far-reaching and ongoing transformational process of the financial sector. This included the macroeconomic environment and regulatory frameworks that are changing quickly and profoundly in light of the changing gender balance dynamics. The second edition of WIF was organized in March 2019 along with the inaugural edition of  “India’s Top 100 Women in Finance” campaign. These twin-events were a huge success in  acknowledging the best women professionals in Indian financial services as well as in promoting effective corporate strategies for creating gender diversity at all levels of leadership.

WIF2020 is designed to take the mission forward through its interactive format that will offer attendees an opportunity to have a diverse and well-informed dialogue about the progression of women into senior roles in the financial services sector. WIF2020 also aims to advance the debate and give new impetus to the movement, drawing on the day’s discussions to lay out ways for participants to change their organizations. Through practical examples, insight from business leaders and interactive dialogue we will address the hurdles companies face as they seek to develop their most talented leaders, regardless of gender.

Join us and more than 300 leading women professionals at this unique, exciting and thought-provoking event of the year.
